Ingolf Jungmann P4128241

Ingolf (pronounced as in “IN GOLF”) is German but fell in love with Ireland, the country’s natural heritage, and more than anything, the friendliness of the people. As a former international managing director his dreams came finally true when he opened his small private guest house, set in a carefully developed garden. Ingolf would like to welcome you to Ballycommane House and wishes you a relaxing holiday. Don’t hesitate to ask him if he can be of any assistance to you.

Andy (or Andreas) grew up near Frankfurt, Germany. He has been a travel writer and tour guide for many years, travelling through Europe and beyond. His destinations include Sardinia, the Azores and Tasmania. Andy’s passion for Ireland started in 1995 when he went ashore for the first time, walking the Emerald Isle for a new book he was writing. Ireland’s unique culture, rich heritage, natural beauty and the Irish sense of humour attracted him immediately. A passionate walker and garden enthusiast, he is thrilled to show the beauty of West Cork and Kerry to visitors.
